Job Description:

Jotit, a leading EdTech company with offices in USA, Israel and EU, is looking for a Director of Product to lead our product strategy, roadmap, design, customer voice and execution. This role will be pivotal in driving the vision and evolution of Jotit's user-centered learning tools, with a focus on simplicity, accessibility, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute Jotit’s long and short term product roadmap, aligning with company vision and customer needs.
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch.
• Manage internal and external resources and own the design and visual-language for the company.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and customer success to optimize product value and represent the voice of the consumer in the company.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously refine and improve product offering and features.

Qualifications:

• Proven product experience: 5 or more years in product management roles.
• Leadership experience: 2 or more years of experience in managerial/leadership roles.
• Leading product role in EdTech companies, preferably K12 company - An advantage.
• A design background and education - An advantage.
• Strong background in roadmap planning, user experience, and design leadership.
• Hands-on experience in wireframing, UI/UX and design.
• Creativity and out of the box thinking.
• Extreme obsession with UX and customer experience. A pixel perfect mindset.
• Customer obsession and ability to listen to customers and refine their needs into requirements.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with remote teams
