Customer Success Manager (CSM) – Jotit

Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Jotit, you'll be the linchpin between our innovative platform and our diverse clientele, including K–12 educators, principals, and district administrators. Your mission is to ensure our users derive maximum value from Jotit, fostering long-term relationships and driving platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Implementation

  • Traveling to Schools & Districts to guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to Jotit's platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor onboarding experiences for diverse educational settings.

Adoption & Engagement

  • Develop and execute strategies to boost platform adoption and user engagement.
  • Monitor usage metrics to identify opportunities for increased engagement.

Retention & Expansion

  • Manage renewal processes, ensuring client satisfaction and continued partnership.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and upselling.

Support & Feedback

  • Gather and relay client feedback to inform product development and improvements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.

Who You Are

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within the EdTech sector. (This is a Must Have)
  • 2+Years of experience in the K-12 setting (Administration or Educator).
  • Available to travel up to 30% as needed to support customer relationships and strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passionate about enhancing educational experiences.
  • Positive attitude & growth mindset.
  • Start-up Mentality: Proactive, solution-oriented, & ready to do what it takes to help the team succeed.

BONUS EXPERIENCE:

  • In an SaaS or EdTech start up
  • Large District Trainings & Implementation
  • Working with Canvas LMS

  • HubSpot, Monday, Google Workspace.
  • LMS Platforms: Canvas & Google Classroom
  • MDMs, Google Admin
  • Wix
