Join our rapidly growing Series A startup, leading the way in the circular economy sector. We're looking for a talented Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team.
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will take over a range of marketing responsibilities to ensure seamless communication and engagement with our customers. You will own the end-to-end execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns, from strategy development to implementation and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong writing skills, adept at managing multiple tasks and campaigns, and experienced with various marketing tools and platforms.
What you’ll work on
- Create and refine automated lifecycle journey and one-off campaigns across email, push, SMS, and other CRM channels to increase conversion, utilization, and retention.
- Develop and maintain user segmentation and targeting strategies to ensure users receive the right content at the right time.
- Create content across B2C channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
- Optimize existing marketing materials and campaigns with frequent A/B testing to drive incremental gains in conversion and engagement.
- Track and report on results for all campaigns, and propose strategic improvements to achieve targets.
- Work cross-functionally to support marketing initiatives from sales, product, and operations teams.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, preferably in a B2C environment
- [Must have] proven experience building marketing campaigns in Braze or other automation platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Consumer-oriented copywriting and content creation approach
- Excellent problem-solving / critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) is a plus.
