Role Description

We’re looking for a hungry and a proven Account Executive to join TULU’s growing Sales team. As an Account Executive you’ll be responsible for the full cycle sales and own the client relationship from lead cultivation to closing. You will be negotiating and closing deals with some of the world’s leading property developers, property managers, and key players in the real estate industry, and become their point of contact for all things TULU, pre-closing. Qualifications

  • Sales, Account Management, and Business Development skills
  • At least 1-3 years experience in B2B SaaS Sales (Experience in Prop-Tech startup is a plus)
  • Experience in lead qualification / demand generation
  • Knowledge of using LinkedIn to prospect leads (Sales Navigator a plus)
  • Ability to multitask and manage account list
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Experience working with a CRM system (preferably Salesforce)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in the real estate or technology industry is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Sense of urgency to achieve great things in life (essential)

Compensation at Tulu

  • Salary: $60,000 + Double OTE
  • Equity in the company in the form of stock options
  • Full benefit package
