Location: Amsterdam / London (with travel within the EU and UK as needed)

About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of TULU’s growth efforts, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities while building relationships with key stakeholders. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across the EU and UK, ensuring TULU reaches more communities and partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential partners, property owners, and management companies in target markets.
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot), social platforms, and networking events to build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Qualification
- Engage with leads to assess their fit for TULU’s solutions.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospects’ needs, challenges, and goals.
- Qualify opportunities based on criteria such as market potential, alignment with TULU’s mission, and commercial viability.
- Discovery Calls
- Prepare for and conduct professional, engaging, and consultative discovery calls with prospective partners.
- Communicate TULU’s value proposition clearly and persuasively, addressing questions and objections effectively.
- Work closely with senior sales team members to transition qualified leads for further development.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to refine lead generation and qualification processes.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline status, lead conversion rates, and market insights.
- Contribute to developing sales strategies and best practices to optimize outreach and engagement efforts.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferably in SaaS, proptech, or related industries).
- Strong research, prospecting, and networking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the confidence to conduct discovery calls with senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales enablement software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Knowledge of the EU and UK markets, particularly in real estate or property management, is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish) are a plus.
